When eaten for breakfast, they really help you to balance your blood sugar which means you diminish your cravings and keep your body at a healthy weight.

Juices

My personal experience with juicing is one that I LOVE to share because it helped me combat my intense sugar cravings I used to suffer from. The alkalinizing affect of the vegetables in your juice is extremely beneficial at a cellular level to reduce acidic tissues, which help to reduce cravings.

Also, juicing is an effective way to increase your vitamins and minerals. I recommend it for people with serious illnesses such as cancer to people wanting to increase their energy and improve skin health.

Always make sure you use organic produce and your juice should be about 80% vegetables and 20% fruit.
