How It Works:

1 hour: Inspiring nutrition session with Holistic Nutritionist Joy McCarthy RNCP CNP
1.5 hours: Rejuvenating and detoxifying yoga session with Certified Yoga teacher Michelle Uy

Summary of EAT WELL FEEL WELL sessions:

You will be required to complete a weekly food journal to hand in. Each week we will take about 10 minutes at the beginning of class to review how you are doing.

Joy McCarthy is a Holistic Nutritionist, author ofJoyous Health: Eat & Live Well without Dieting, professional speaker, nutrition expert on Global’s Morning Show, Faculty Member at Institute of Holistic Nutrition and co-creator ofEat Well Feel Well, Toronto’s first integrated nutrition and yoga program.

michelle uy

Michelle has been teaching since 2007. She is a graduate of the YogaSpace teacher training program, and has also completed her yin training with Bernie Clark. Infused with inspiration and hands-on adjustments, Michelle brings her warm and friendly personality to her yoga classes. Creating a safe space in her classes where students can release, get out of their heads and more into their hearts. Michelle and Joy have been teaching EWFW together for three years.
