    Thanks for all the rcipes. They all look so good not sure which to try first! My husband is a bit of a cheese lover, so I think I might make the kale chips first.

    Joy,
    Love this amazing blog.Such well researched articles.Have a question about your food combining article…being a south Indian,some of my dishes have me in a fix.Can I combine a lentil+veggies soup with grains(wheat rotis,rice?) .

    One of our staples dish from probably centuries is dosa(fermented rice+bean) with raw coconut chutney and lentil soup(sambar)?How does this look to you in terms of food combining?

    Also,a personal request to write an article/blog about Gall Stones/people who had to have the surgery?
